Dimensionally stable PVC spiral hose for the first 3-5 m of the pressure hose line to prevent performance reducing bends

  • Construction: PVC hose with half exposed rigid PVC spiral, smooth inner liner
  • Temperature: -40°C – +50°C
  • Vacuum: 8500 mm H2O
  • Characteristics: highly flexible and kink resistant also at sub zero temperatures
  • Resistance: Chemical resistance PVC

  • Inside-Ø 50 mm with C-Storz couplings (max. operating pressure short-time: 4 bar)
  • Inside-Ø 75 mm with B-Storz couplings (max. operating pressure short-time: 3 bar)
  • Inside-Ø 100 mm with A-Storz couplings (max. operating pressure short-time: 2,5 bar)

Transparent spiral hose:
Transparent, dimensionally stable PVC spiral hose for suction up to 5 m height in combination with Spechtenhauser non-return flaps

  • Construction: Plasticized PVC hose with wire steel spiral, smooth inner and outer liner
  • Temperature: -15°C bis +65°C
  • Vacuum: 9000 mm H2O
  • Characteristics: Robust, extremely flexible, excellent resistance to pressure and vacuum
  • Resistance: Chemical resistance PVC

  • Inside-Ø 50 mm with C-Storz couplings (max. operating pressure short-time: 7 bar)
  • Inside-Ø 75 mm with B-Storz couplings (max. operating pressure short-time: 5 bar)

Hot water hose:
Dimensionally stable composite hose for hot water applications up to a maximum temperature of 100° C

  • Construction: Composite hose with Polypropylene lining and PVC coated Polyester cloth, inner and outer wire helix made of galvanized mild steel
  • Temperature: -30°C bis +100°C
  • Vacuum: 9000 mm H2O
  • Characteristics: Composite hose according to EN 13765
  • Resistance: Chemical resistance Polypropylene

Ex-hose:
Dimensionally stable composite hose for use in Ex-zones 1 and 2

  • Construction: Composite hose with Polypropylene lining and PVC coated Polyester cloth, inner and outer wire helix made of galvanized mild steel
  • Temperature: -30°C bis +100°C
  • Vacuum: 9000 mm H2O
  • Characteristics: Composite hose according to EN 13765 suitable for all Petroleum based products, electrical resistance < 106 Ohm/m
  • Resistance: Chemical resistance Polypropylene
