Tank construction on site

If space is limited or access to the installation area of the tank is restricted, the tank can also be manufactured “on site”. In this case, key components of the tank are pre-fabricated at our plant and then welded together on site to form the finished tank. During an on-site inspection, our field service takes measurements and an experienced team at our plant works out a “handy” concept.

As a result of customization, the number and size of the inlet nozzles as well as the tank shape and dimensions can be determined according to the local conditions and requirements. We are also happy to advise you on the right choice of pump. In order to be able to offer you a solution tailored to your needs, we supplement our product range with products from well-known, predominantly German manufacturers. In principle, tanks can be manufactured “on site” from all three materials: Polyethylene, polypropylene or stainless steel (V4A).

“On-site” tank construction offers maximum flexibility in the design of the system and can be combined with a large range of pumps. The optimal coordination of the components guarantees high operational reliability and a long service life for the pumping system.
